Ancient Tibetan Sound Healing
A lineage-based practice passed down through Himalayan tradition.
Rooted in teachings that originate from a Himalayan monastery where Tibetan monks practiced the ancient art of sound healing, this modality was taught to me in India through that living lineage. Each session is performed with full-moon metal bowls, hand-forged in Nepal under lunar light and infused with healing vibration.
These sacred instruments produce deep, resonant tones that travel through the physical and subtle bodies — easing tension, dissolving energetic blockages, and guiding you into profound stillness and clarity.
